Product Safety

A patch test is required before full application. Our products may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and kept out of reach of children.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, ByBrandonHartley accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect application, failure to patch test, or any adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products. All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
